Gave these a try on recommendation from a friend and I must admit that I am completely and totally impressed! I just noticed that when you are taking this for quite long, my body builds a tolerance but I know that anything can be like that when your body is getting used to it. I find this to be a very effective alternative to caffeine with the added bonus that it does not seem to make me jittery or wear off with a crash.
For me, I find that if I use it more than once a week the effects are greatly diminished. As such, I keep it in reserve for that whichever day of the week is likely to be the most stressful or tedious.

This is an excellent supplement if you need a day or two... probably three. This is perfect during the week of your work and on the workloads that you have. It will make you think better and focus.
