I had a cartilage problem behind my right knee and was really struggling to push off that knee and bend down, it was really uncomfortable. I did some research and saw this and all the reviews raving about it and I was like no its too good to be true, but I tried it and it really is a brilliant supplement, 2 weeks of taking it and my knee pain is almost gone and its alot stronger aswell.
