My Doctor told me that I have a delicate heart condition, as it is inborn.
But he recommended me to take and try the Choline Bitartrate and I noticed a big change cause I remember there are really times I'm having a hard time breathing during night time but when I started taking this I feel nothing on my heart. Just my two cents here!

I have taken Nested Naturals Choline while pregnant and breastfeeding per recommendations I have read. It is supposed to help with nerve development. I feel like it does help curb my "mommy brain." I do notice if I have not taken it, I feel more "cloudy and muddled." I also tell others about it, my sister who is pregnant now is taking it too.
