I have a fast metabolism hence I am very skinny. I took milk supplements even sustagen milk but that doesn't work for me. Been taking this for 3 weeks now, I know this helped me to gain my weight. I am grateful!

I bought this for my wife, she is very skinny and underweight. She does not look healthy after all. I started putting her to this supplement and my daughter noticed it first that her mom's thigh was in a good shape in just a few weeks we've all seen the result. I will let her continue to drink it, and when we achieve her weight goal maybe we can rest for a bit.

Very delicious product. I was amazed by the ingredients list as well. I bought cookies and cream flavour and it tastes like caramel - amazing when you're craving something sweet.

I don't do exercise, I take it as a weight gainer as long as you take it every day you will definitely see the difference.
